Macomb Township Residents Directory is a private reference resource. It identifies public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections that may relate to people who live or once lived in Macomb Township, Michigan. It does not host government files and has no affiliation with any office, court, archive, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this resource lawfully. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Systematically scrape, copy, or republish its content
- Disrupt its operation or compromise its security
3. No Consumer Reports
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Neither material here nor results from a linked search function constitute a consumer report. 11. Governing Law
